  • You can apply and pay for a new licence online here: Apply online

Alternatively, you can complete the below form and either post or scan/photograph the form and email to licensing@stroud.gov.uk . You can  pay online or you can phone 01453 754440 to make payment over the phone.

Apply to Renew a Scrap Metal Licence

(Please note the application form for a new licence and renewal licence are the same) You must now complete a tax check as part of the renewal process.
