This consent can cover a number of stalls/traders at a commercial event and may be granted if the following applies:

The trading stalls are part of an organised even with an organising group committee/individual

The event is no more than 7 days
Application requirements
This application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Short Term Commerical Events Application Form
- Plan (where appropriate) showing the trading location for the stalls
- Third party public liability insurance covering the whole event - if the event organiser has not arranged third party public liability insurance, we need to see third party public liability insurance held by each stall holder instead.
- Proof of eligibility to work (National Insurance Details) for the event organiser only
- Documentary evidence of the landowners permission (where necessary) to trade from their land
