Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging 2025-2029 Policy

The Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging (EDIEB) policy outlines our commitment to addressing inequalities and promoting EDIEB across all areas of our work. It outlines our approach in advancing equality in three priority areas: Community, Leadership and Organisational Commitment, and a Diverse and Engaged Workforce.
The purpose of this public consultation was to understand what residents’ and community’s thoughts were on the draft policy, and to seek feedback on whether anything was missing, or any changes were required.
