Postal proxy voting

Voting by postal proxy is where you nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf by post.

If your proxy cannot vote at your polling station your proxy may request to vote by post, this means that your ballot papers will be posted to the proxy address.

To request an absent vote application form please contact electoral services at elections@stroud.gov.uk.

If your proxy has requested to vote by post you will be unable to vote in a polling station yourself if your circumstances change.
