Order a new bin or container

If your bin is damaged, has gone missing or you require an additional container you will need to order one.

There is a £10 charge per delivery for recycling boxes, bags and wheelie bins.

Food waste bins/caddies, recycling boxes and recycling bags can be collected from the Council Offices free of charge.

All visits to collect containers must be pre-booked using the link below.

Containers can be collected Monday -Thursday 9am - 5pm and 9am - 4.30pm on Fridays. Containers cannot be collected on bank holidays.

Order recycling containers

No – as the charge is only a contribution towards the costs we incur.

No – the charge applies to all residents

Before you contact us we recommend that you:

  • search your local area thoroughly
  • ask your neighbours if they have taken it in on your behalf or by mistake
  • wait a few days as they often reappear

If your container is still missing please call us on 01453 766321 to order and pay for a replacement

As there is an administration and delivery cost, the charge will almost always apply as published. If there is clear irrefutable evidence of damage directly caused by collection crews  the charge may be waived in exceptional circumstances

No – the crew will only collect rubbish from council issued containers.  However any additional recycling can be presented in carrier bags alongside the correct container

  • You could put your house name or number on your containers
  • Take it back in as soon as possible after the collection

  • Rubbish wheelie bin – No

Yes – you can order up to 2 more.

Yes, we can stop the delivery; however we are unable to issue any refunds.

Please leave all containers at the property (with the exception of the garden waste bin - Please refer to your booking terms and conditions).
