How to apply

Complete the appropriate application form and where appropriate, quote the planning application or building regulations reference giving consent for the works and/or supply a location plan of the property/properties, showing door accesses.

How to pay

  • Bank Transfer (BACS). Account details and the appropriate reference will be provided when your application is approved

Official address for a new or existing property  
  • 1-5 properties
 £40.00 each
  • 6-25 properties
 £35.00 each
  • 26-75 properties

£30.00 each
  • 76+ properties

£25.00 each

Naming a new street (charge to the developer)

Please note: The fee does not include provision of street nameplates. These will be provided by the developer at additional cost to themselves
