The development plan for Stroud District

The Development Plan for Stroud District consists of a series of documents which are used to determine planning applications. These are:

Stroud District Local Plan

On 19th November 2015, the Council adopted a new Local Plan for the Stroud District. This Plan replaces the 2005 Local Plan entirely, and now provides a positive planning policy framework for the District for the period up to 2031.

Waste and Minerals local plans  

Gloucestershire County Council is the local planning authority for waste and minerals planning matters within Stroud District.
