Approval of a new Statement of Community Involvement
Stroud District Council adopted a new Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) at a meeting of Environment Committee on 28 March 2019 and agreed temporary changes to it at a meeting of Environment Committee on 15 October 2020.
The SCI sets out our strategy for community involvement in the planning process. It sets out the ways in which we will inform, engage and consult people when we are formulating planning policies and considering planning applications and how we will give feed back to the community on the results.
The document will be kept under review and will be updated if necessary to reflect any changes in legislation or national policy or changes to local practice
