• In good repair*
• Secure and safe

and will have a:

• A supply of electricity and water
• Supply of gas where applicable
• Fully functioning kitchen with adequate storage
• Bathroom with a wash basin, toilet and either a bath or shower

*if you agree, some minor repairs may be completed after you move in
