TSM results - How We Are Performing

In line with the Social Housing Act 2024, Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) have been introduced as a way of measuring performance against the consumer standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
Stroud District Council conducted it’s annual TSM survey in November last year and you may have received a phone call asking you your thoughts on a range of subjects including:
· Overall satisfaction
· Your home
· Repairs & Maintenance
· Communication
· Neighbourhood
· Complaints
Stroud District Council will be holding an event to discuss its 2023 survey results and what we are doing in response. This is an event for Stroud District Council (SDC) tenants and leaseholders, to hear the latest results from the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) annual survey and to ask questions to the panel of SDC officers.
