17th December 2024 UPDATED - Tenancy Revision We are consulting on important changes to your tenancy agreement. Starting in April 2025, rents and service charges will be separated which will require a variation to your tenancy. This is your opportunity to review the changes and have your say. The closing date for comments is January 20th 2025. |
