How can I pay my service charge?

You will receive an invoice/statement of account either once or twice a year.

You are reminded that under the terms of your lease you are required to pay any service charges and ground rent within 28 days of being invoiced.

Before you go to the payment options page, make sure you have your reference number 'to hand'.  It can be found on your service charge invoice.

If you are having difficulties making a payment, please talk to us about this as soon as possible so that we can give you advice.
