Your rent and payments

At sign up we request that you make a month's rental payment in advance.

As soon as your tenancy starts, you should make your rent payments in advance. This will maintain your initial month's rental payment and protect you in case of an unforeseen change in circumstances.

If your financial assessment, (carried out before 'sign up') shows that you are unable to afford a month's rent in full, your Housing Officer will do everything they can to help you.
