Our responsibilities as your landlord

As you landlord we have certain responsibilities.  These include:

• making sure your new home meets the let-able standard
• keeping your home structurally sound and in good repair (including any stone wall surrounding your property)
• removing and replacing fluorescent lighting (in the longer term these will be replaced with LED lighting)
• providing local management by well-trained staff
• ensuring your neighbourhood is safe, clean and tidy
• helping you to become and remain a secure tenant
• only taking legal action if you do not keep to your Tenancy Agreement
