You can pay your housing rent quickly and easily online using a credit or debit card.

If you do not know your rent reference number or would like to discuss your rent account please call the Income Management team on 01453 766321 and choose option 3, then option 3 again. (Office hours are Mon-Thurs 08:45-17:00, Fri 08:45-16:30).
Direct Bank Transfer / Bank Standing Order
To make a direct bank transfer or set up a bank standing order to pay your rent you will need our bank details which are:

Please make sure that you quote your rent reference number in the reference section with no other words or characters.

Set up a Direct Debit
To set up a Direct Debit over the telephone call the Income Management team on 01453 766321 and choose option 3, then option 3 again. (Office hours are Mon-Thurs 08:45-17:00, Fri 08:45-16:30)
Alternatively, you can set up a Direct Debit by post. Just print off the form, complete and sign it and then post or email to:
